NITA Designations
NITA offers designations to those who have demonstrated a sustained interest in developing and mastering litigation skills through taking a set of programs that provide a well-rounded foundation in trial advocacy.
- The NITA Advocate designation requires completion of three programs: Building Trial Skills, Deposition Skills, and one of the following: Articulate Advocate, Pre Trial Fundamentals, Writing Persuasive Briefs, or Jury Selection.
- The NITA Master Advocate designation requires completion of: Advanced Advocacy Skills and Advocacy Teacher Training or Developing Supervisory Skills.
Designations are awarded to participants of NITA's public programs and in-house programs. Additional programs may become available to complete a designation. Please consult John Baker, Programs Education Director at jbaker@nita.org, with any questions.
Recognition
Be recognized for your NITA training and let everyone know about the skills and expertise you've aquired. As
an Advocate or Master Advocate, you can make your accomplishment known through
attaching the appropriate NITA logo to your web bio. And, you will also gain
recognition on your Martindale-Hubble electronic listing at www.martindale.com through a special NITA
icon.
