Cross Examination - Stop Overthinking It

On Demand
This live broadcast from Thursday, January 4th has concluded. Register below to access the on demand recording.

This tried and true, simple approach to cross-examination will allow you to effectively focus your examination, “argue” your case during cross, avoid repetition, and be prepared to deal with any difficulties that may arise. Following simple, basic rules will allow you to effectively cross-examine, and control, any type of witness—from an unsophisticated lay witness, to a police officer, to an expert. A good cross-examination is the most fun you can have in a courtroom without getting arrested.
