Implicit bias impacts everyone and affects our behaviors and our decision-making. Karen Hester will define diversity, inclusion and implicit bias, discuss the effect these concepts have on the legal profession  including but not limited to hiring, retention and advancement of diverse and women attorneys  and share available resources to help the audience become aware of, and minimize, implicit bias in the workplace.
