This webcast will help practitioners successfully prepare for immigration bond hearings. We’ll begin by reviewing who is eligible for a bond hearing and what evidentiary standards apply. This session will also provide practical tips on gathering and organizing your evidence to support your request for bond, as well as strategies for presenting evidence during the hearing in order to maximize your chances of getting a low bond for your client.
