Social Media or Faceinstasnaptwitterbookgramchat! Where do the Rules of Evidence come into play?

On Demand
This live broadcast from Friday, July 8th has concluded. Register below to access the on demand recording.

Hardly a day goes by where we are not exposed to some sort of communication through the world of social media. From chat rooms to e-mail, instant messages to texts and pictures, advocates meet with clients who “want this given to the Judge.” This program focuses on the introduction of social media communication into evidence. While the program focuses on family law advocacy, the lessons taught apply for all of us who stand up in courtrooms every day!
