Planning for witnesses that won't be at trial: turning video depositions into captivating testimony

On Demand
This live broadcast from Thursday, January 7th has concluded. Register below to access the on demand recording.

When witnesses are spread around the country and world, you cannot force all of them to attend trial live. Even the court has limited ability to force a distant witness to attend trial. In these situations, your video deposition will be the only trial testimony for that witness. Typical deposition strategies simply don\'t gather information in a way that will engage a jury. This program focuses on techniques to engage the jury and make sure the jury hears your message.
