Building a Better Mousetrap: Critical Skills in Child Advocacy Cases

On Demand
This live broadcast from Wednesday January 28th has concluded. Register below to access the on demand recording.

Trying juvenile delinquency and dependency cases require a particular set of trial practice and evidentiary skills. Dockets are so large and the social issues so complex that proper trial skills and evidentiary rules often get lost in the process. This Webinar seeks to address several of these issues by providing practical and concrete tools for professionally presenting cases that affect the lives of children, their parents, and our society.
