We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may review your products and return and item that you are unsatisfied with within
30 days of the order ship date. You will receive full credit for that item, minus the shipping and handling costs, if the following conditions are met:
1. The product is in saleable condition and has not been marked or altered
2. The products is returned postmarked no later than 30 days from the ship date as indicated on the packing slip
3. A copy of the original NITA shipping document or other correspondence referencing the order number enclosed.
4. Complete
return request form and enclose it in with your returned items.
The shipping and handling charges are not refundable. A return label is included in each package for your convenience.

Special Instructions for Book Store Accounts:
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is required for all bookstore returns. Obtaining an RMA is as easy as:
1. Fax an RMA Request to 1.800.327.0021
Requests must be received within 12 months of the original ship date as indicated on the original invoice
2. Print the RMA code issued on the outside of the box containing items you wish to return
3. Ship items to:

Once issued, your RMA code is valid for 30 days.
