The Advanced Deposition Skills Program builds off of the basic program by concentrating on skills used by more experienced litigators to give them a winning edge. In particular, the “learning by doing” exercises and lectures will focus on:

▶ Taking/defending 30(b)(6) and Corporate depositions

▶ Getting quality “sound bites” during a video deposition

▶ Effectively using Real Time to your advantage.
