Important Information about programs at NITA
Take a class with NITA and you’ll see just how valuable our dynamic teaching methods can be. You’ll work with NITA’s expert faculty, earning CLE credit through one-day or multi-day sessions that are geared towards all skill levels and areas of advocacy. Our dynamic learning-by-doing method will put you in the courtroom, practicing everything from jury selection to witness examination.
CLE Credits
Please note that CLE credits indicated for each course are estimates dependent on approval of each state’s Bar Association. Contact your state bar association or visit NITA’s Web site for a confirmation of number of credits given for each state. Credits are based on a 60-minute hour. Please note that individual state CLE fees are not included in the NITA tuition. Tuition
Tuition for each program is as indicated and does not include travel, meals, lodging, or individual state CLE costs.
Early Enrollment Discounts Early Enrollment Discounts will be $100 off programs with tuition between $1,000-$1,999 and $200 off programs with tuition of $2000 and above. Information about receiving this discount can be found at the bottom of each program page.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for NITA programs must be submitted in writing and become effective on the date written notification is received by NITA administration. You must notify NITA of cancellation at least 30 days in advance of your program, or the following fees will be assessed: 50% of tuition if 6-29 days prior; 100% if five or fewer days prior to program start date. To transfer to another course, the following fees will be assessed: $250 if 6-29 days prior to program start date; $500 if five or fewer days prior to program start date. Please note that you may only transfer one time; thereafter, no refunds will be issued for transferring or canceling. Alternatively, if you cannot attend, you may substitute a colleague at no cost. Scholarships and Payment Plans
NITA offers partial scholarships based on financial need. Scholarships apply to tuition fees only, and some low or no-cost Public Service programs do not offer scholarships. Limited Enrollment
The number of participants allowed to enroll in NITA programs is limited in order to maintain the optimum faculty-to-participant ratio and ensure the quality of the learning experience. To ensure your enrollment, register online now at www.nita.org, or send your application and payment to NITA Administration, 361 Centennial Pkwy, Suite 220, Louisville, CO 80027-1284. You can also fax your completed application with credit card payment directly to 303.484.7610. You will receive confirmation of your enrollment via email.
Admission Policy
Enrollment is restricted to licensed attorneys. NITA does not discriminate among candidates on the basis of gender, disability, race, religion, or national or ethnic origin.
Travel & Accommodations
Following program enrollment, a General Information sheet will be mailed electronically to you along with other pertinent program information.
