Motion Practice

Goal:     Development of persuasion skills in a “learning-by-doing” environment using a simulated courtroom setting.  We bring the courtroom to the students so they can argue a motion and not only learn the advocacy skills but also experience the physical, intellectual, and emotional rigors of motion arguments.
