Mediation Advocacy


Goal:     To develop a model for problem solving mediation by using a learning by doing model of realistic problems, coupled with lecture/discussions, demonstrations, and feedback on the participants presentation of the mediation models.

 

Length: 2 days

  • Lectures, Discussions, Demonstrations on Mediation styles and strategies

  • Role Playing as both Client and Attorney
  • Immediate Feedback from Teachers, Colleagues and Mediators
