Expert Witness Deposition

• Analysis of expert reports, use and protect non-testifying experts
• Handle non-deposition discovery questions
• Turn opposing expert strengths into vulnerabilities through strategic deposition questioning
• Prepare your expert to provide the best and safest answers to deposition questions
• Present persuasive and credible expert direct examination
• Lay the foundation for expert testimony
• Master Rules of Evidence relating to expert testimony
• Decide when to challenge opposing expert
• Deal with problems relating to expert’s “other work in progress”
