Goal:     Participants master the critical skills needed to prepare, present, question, and challenge expert witnesses with dramatic skill and impact.

  • Turn opposing expert strengths into vulnerabilities through strategic deposition questioning
  • Prepare your expert to provide the best and safest answers to deposition questions
  • Present persuasive and credible expert direct examination
  • Lay the foundation for expert testimony
  • Master Rules of Evidence relating to expert testimony
  • Decide when to challenge opposing expert
  • Deal with problems relating to expert’s “other work in progress”
