NITA Education Center
Boulder, CO

Get your nose out of your notes, look your fact finders in the eye, and be what you've always wanted to be: an articulate advocate. Taught by longtime NITA communication consultants Brian K. Johnson and Marsha Hunter, this limited-enrollment program for just ten lawyers polishes your speaking skills and provides you with a competitive edge in every forum.
The Articulate Advocate focuses on the linguistic, cognitive, and vocal skills required for oral advocacy, whether for motions, trials, or appeals. This course is a two-day master class for lawyers, with learn-by-doing exercises for all phases of trial. Learn the strengths of your personal style and how to build on them. Understand the science behind the skills you need to grab and hold your listeners' attention. Transform your natural, unconscious behaviors into reliable, conscious technique.
Become more fluent on your feet, and push your persuasive skills to the next level.
No advance preparation is required. CLE not available in New York or New Mexico.
